Fine Line Millworks was selected to design & create the Kitchen and Primary vanity for the 2021 year’s home. It was our first project in collaboration with Brian Patrick Flynn - Interior Designer & Host for HGTV and Magnolia Networks.
As with any project we take on, our team was eager to dig in and push the spaces to be the absolute best they could be! For us, that always starts with listening, then creating some concepts for the space. It’s a tricky thing to go from a creative concept, with little constraint, to a precision product that meets both the budget and design goals for the space.
With this space, the challenge was to maintain a connection to the traditional midwest shaker kitchen, with a push toward modern… and well Pink! If you know Brian, both goals are sort of expected, so we couldn’t have been more excited with the opportunity!
After several conversations with our friends at Bespoke Construction (builder) and Brian, we collectively began to land on a design everyone felt would work for the space. Lucky for us our friends at HGTV captured the whole thing from start to finish! Below are some of the photos we captured as we worked through our process to create the space.
